Stick with fiber-rich fruits and vegetables - organic if possible. You can try with nuts, but choose natural or dry-roasted nuts instead of roasted in oils nuts. The last ones are a possible source of trans fats. Don't worry...this small amount of nuts won't make you fat, but will fill you up and help you lose weight. 5) Be consistent with your workouts.
