A corset dress looks like an ordinary corset, but it is long enough to cover the legs, partially or totally. It thus looks like a dress, hence the name. Nowadays, corset dress can either maximize or minimize the breast, giving out a svelte or curvy figure. Some corset dresses even have separate tops and skirts, while others have built-in corsets to support the upper midriff only.
